BREAKFAST: One poached egg, one piece of whole wheat toast, glass of orange juice

GYM TIME: One hour of pilates.

LUNCH: Carefully portioned spagetti with hamburger, one cheese, garlic biscuit.

Walked to the school to pick the kids.

Today the scale read 149. Hmmm...a half a pound more than yesterday? Guess what? Not even worried. I didn't do anything yesterday to be ashamed of. My body is adjusting. It will figure it out. In the meantime...I've got stuff to do! ;)
