BREAKFAST: Oatmeal with blueberries and one tablespoon of wheat germ, glass of milk.
LUNCH: Salad with turkey slices and a banana.
SNACK: Five Ritz crackers and string cheese.
DINNER: Spaghetti, one cheese, garlic biscuit, fruit salad.
YESTERDAY'S VICTORIES: Didn't overeat for dinner. (I made steak and baked potatoes; this is a big deal!)
TODAY'S VICTORIES: Ate oatmeal and wheat germ for breakfast.
148.5. That's the new number people. Can you believe it? I can't. And if you think that losing five pounds isn't very much, pick up a five pound weight. You'll change your mind.
